Robert is a professor and senior expert in regional and urban development, leading the Interdisciplinary centre for transformative urban regeneration at the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development and TU Dresden.
He has experience working in DE–PL–CZ JTF regions and currently supports cross border knowledge exchange and strategy development between JTF and non-JTF territories through initiatives such as TriLand. His expertise includes cross-border governance.
