Marin Florian currently is the president of the Romanian Free Trade Union Federation. He was involved with the National Trade Union Bloc (BNS) in the designing and approval of the TJTPs linked to Romanian JTF territories. Accordingly, his expertise centres around the absorption of EU funds, the economic and social aspects of the transition and assuring job transition for workers. In addition, he is a member of the EU Economic and Social Committee and the EU Social Fund Monitoring Committee.
