Helena Stromberg is the Communications coordinator and evaluation officer working for the managing authority for the EU Just Transition Fund (EUJTF) in Ireland. She was involved in the preparation of the TJTP and has practical knowledge of preparing and operationally implementing the EUJTF programme as well as programme governance and evaluation. She has substantive expertise in topics such as green diversification and the digital transition.
