Gustaf is a regional transition and project coordination specialist with strong hands-on experience across Sweden’s northern JTF regions, including Västerbotten, Norrbotten, and Gotland. As a coordinator at Skellefteå Municipality, he has supported territorial strategies and led the PSLF funded SHERIS project focused on sustainable and affordable housing for emerging green industries. His expertise includes municipal capacity building, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, clean energy and decarbonisation projects, and multistakeholder collaboration.
