Fotios Tsampouris is an Economist and currently works at the University of Western Macedonia as a Project Manager getting involved in various National and EU projects. He is also currently an elected Member of the Board of Directors of the Kozani Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a Project Director on NSRF and EU projects, too. His research focuses on Green Economics, R&D, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Digitalization, Upskilling & Reskilling. Furthermore, he is a Project Manager of the "Digital Innovation Hub of Western Macedonia-SYNERGiNN EDIH" which identifying, developing and scaling up of digital technologies in energy and environmental sectors of Western Macedonia. Finally, he is a co-organizer of Startup Europe Week for the city of Kozani, with a great interest in the development of an innovative local ecosystem.
