Emmanuel Boudard holds the position of Technology Deployment Policy Advisor and is also the Co-Founder of N-ABLE, a company dedicated to advancing innovation investments. With extensive experience in interregional innovation investment projects, Emmanuel has played a leading role in the AMBP partnership focused on advanced battery materials, involving over 30 regions and preparing 10 projects for funding. Additionally, he led the Hy2Market initiative (launched within the COVID Pilot Action) to identify innovative solutions based on Hydrogen technologies in carbon–intensive regions. Emmanuel has submitted eight i3 projects to the EU and excels in assisting companies with their EU grant and fund applications. His expertise is particularly prominent in the fields of the circular economy including raw materials and permanent magnet recycling. Since 2009, Emmanuel has undertaken significant policy work for the European Commission on regional development following five years as a Policy Officer at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research from 2004-2008.
