Elena Šiaudvytienė is as an Assistant Professor at LCC International University in Klaipėda, Lithuania, and serves as the Director of the Center for Research on Faith and Human Flourishing at LCC International University. She earned her doctorate at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) in Rome, Italy, with a desseratation titles "Just Transition in Lithuania: A Blue Marble Evaluation of the Policy Framework in the Light of Integral Ecology".
Since March 2024, she has represented LCC International University in the second circle of the Just Transition Platform (JTP) Working Groups. Elena actively integrates just transition principles into both her teaching and research. With a background in European Studies and experience in international higher education, she brings expertise in cross-border collaborations within the JTF territories.
