Elena Šiaudvytienė serves as an Assistant Professor at LCC International University's International Relations and Development Department while concurrently pursuing her PhD. Her doctoral research focuses on evaluating Lithuania's just transition policy framework, with special emphasis on integral ecology. Elena is developing a just transition policy design and theory evaluation framework, which she plans to apply in the thorough analysis of Lithuania's just transition policy design and theory. With a background in European studies and teaching at an international university, she brings in expertise in cross-border collaborations within the JTF territories.
Since March 2024, Elena has been representing her university in the second circle of the Just Transition Platform (JTP) Working Groups.
