Efthymios Kaliampakas works as a self-employed consultant and advisor for EU institutions and governments. He is the former Head of Unit at the Greek Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. He has no direct JTF experience but is experienced in European Green Deal initiatives about Transport and Decarbonisation. His expertise lies in areas as local Administration regarding Decarbonisation, Digital Transition and Sustainable Mobility. He participated as an expert and associated analyst in EU funded actions and cross-border activities – e.g., as associated Analyst and Instructor providing scientific support and training to the EEA Academy in areas as Climate change mitigation and adaptation, low-carbon transitioning, and sustainable urban mobility.
