Dimitris Kouras is a Sustainability Manager at the Entrepreneurship Support Foundation JOIN4CS and is an experienced professional with two decades of experience in EU projects and initiatives. He has actively participated in JTF exchange meetings as an energy expert, focusing on Energy Communities and the evolving energy transition in Greece. Dimitrios works with various international delegations and has a rich background, having managed the EU Regional Programme Office for around 10 years, with a focus on circular economy, bio-economy, and entrepreneurship support. In recent years, he has been actively involved in energy transition, particularly in the promotion of Citizens Energy Communities.
