Benedetto Nastasi works as Assistant Professor in the Department of Planning, Design and Technology of Architecture at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. He has expertise in Renewable Energy Community Planning, in integrating high RE share in the energy mix and in Power-to-Gas and Power-to-Heat solutions. His research focuses on Urban Energy Planning to decarbonize the building stock (Emissions, Urban Energy Supply and Eco-fuels use). He has wide experience in various EU-Activities (e.g., Sustainable Energy Action Plan, Clean Energy Transition Agenda, Horizon2020 projects, JPI Urban Europe, EEA Norway Grants).
