Andrzej is an associate professor and regional development expert with extensive experience across multiple JTF territories in Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. He has contributed to the Social Just Transition Plan for the Wałbrzych Subregion and supported TJTP implementation through socioeconomic analysis and strategic policy advisory. Andrzej evaluates EU funded projects for major institutions, assessing socioeconomic impacts and financial sustainability. He brings strong expertise in sustainability, climate neutral development, ESG principles, and long-term regional resilience. He is an expert for the European Commission, has worked as a professor at HTW Dresden, and has cooperated with EY, PwC, BNY Mellon, and Kantar.
