Andriy has more than 25 years of experience in business plan development, investment analysis, financial analysis and financial modelling and peer review. He has performed business modelling projects, analytical and marketing research of local and international markets, expert evaluation, consulting, project management for large manufacturing companies in USA, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, UAE, Austria, Slovakia, Ukraine, Indonesia, Vietnam, Norway, UK, Latvia, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Greece.
Andriy has a deep understanding of business processes of projects in the field of just transition, green energy, energy transformation, energy infrastructure rehabilitation in the public and private sectors in the EU, Ukraine and other countries. Andriy manages large projects, participates in the development of budgeting and costing models and client strategies, has more than 15 years of experience in projects and evaluations, complex analyses of companies' operations and business strategies.
Andriy has international competences and more than 12 years of experience in conducting studies and assessments of companies' growth strategies, including analyses of revenue components, business expansion planning, cost analyses, in-depth studies of partnerships and company acquisitions (M&A), including in the field of just transition, green energy, energy transformation, energy infrastructure rehabilitation.
He has experience in implementing state and international projects in a number of Ukrainian ministries and large energy companies: Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, NPC "Ukrenergo", SyvashEnergoProm.
Andriy has a high level of knowledge and competence, which is confirmed by his Ph.D of economic cybernetics diplomas, IPMA Level C, FRICS, Master of Public Administration (MPA).
High level of competence allows him to implement successful projects for international donors and investors EU, World Bank, ECF, USAID, EBRD, EIB, KfW, GIZ, UNECE, UNIDO.
