Andreia Fidalgo is the Europe Programme Manager for the Built Environment at the Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB) Nordic, focusing on 'just transitions' in the built environment. With extensive experience in project management, she is committed to promoting dignity, human rights, and climate resilience. Prior to IHRB, she worked on the right to adequate housing, sustainable urbanism, and climate resilience in the built environment sector. She holds degrees from Nova University of Lisbon and Aalborg University, with a focus on land use, environmental impact, and sustainable cities. Andreia's expertise lies in social justice, human rights, and the opportunities and risks of (un)just transitions in the built environment.
