Tatjana is the head of the Regional Development and Strategic Planning department at the Regional Coordinator of Sisak-Moslavina County. Her experiences lies in re- and upskilling, digitalisation and digital connectivity, social inclusion, state aid and JTF funding.
She was actively involved in project development with attention to upskilling and reskilling (development of programs, especially for young people), digitalisation and social inclusion and policies aimed at alleviating transition process for communities and has developed Sisak-Moslavina county development plan until 2027, and recently finished Sisak-Moslavina county youth program for the period 2024-2028 that has puts emphasis on upskilling, reskilling, digital connectivity and social inclusion.
She also supported the preparation of Croatia's TJTP and JTF implementation in Croatia, as well as coordinated the composition of the project pipeline in Sisak-Moslavina county for possible funding through the PSLF.
