Ricardo is a territory, climate transition and sustainable energy expert with strong experience working with municipalities, regions and EU institutions on complex urban regeneration and just transition processes. As Head of Regenera at RdA Climate Solutions, he leads work on climate adaptation, nature-based solutions and multistakeholder collaboration in Portugal and across Europe. He has contributed to several European projects, helping cities and regions design and implement climate-resilient, energy-positive and socially inclusive interventions. Ricardo also supports local and regional authorities in developing climate strategies, identifying bankable projects and building institutional capacity for just, climate-resilient transitions.
