Przemek is a Senior Sustainability Strategist & Data Storyteller with over 20 years of experience navigating the complexities of agricultural and forestry value chains and corporate-level industrial decarbonization. Currently serving as an Agricultural Project Manager at EIT Food, he leads high-impact project focused on scaling regenerative farming with corporate value chains and MRV. His career is defined by an ability to bridge high-level policy with place-based action, contributing to policy development and implementation frameworks at the EU level for the EU CAP Network, the Nature Restoration Law (NRL), and the Soil Monitoring Directive.
As a Climate Pact, Rural Pact, and Mission Soil Partner, he advocates for resilient rural economies and soil health, translating these EU directives into participatory land stewardship through the Korowód Bioregional Center, which he founded. In the corporate sector, most recently at Avnet Inc., he developed comprehensive Climate Transition Plans through evidence-based global value chain analysis, focusing on decarbonization through science-based target setting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
He has a proven track record of catalyzing systems transformation by leading the development of Horizon-level projects and building multi-actor consortiums, including the recent formation of three Horizon Europe R&I consortiums and two partnerships focused on regenerative agriculture. He acts as a network weaver to engage stakeholders—from farmers and researchers to policymakers and corporate leaders—toward a shared vision of a just and regenerative transition.
