Dr. Nina Volles is Managing Director of Paeradigms, where she also oversees the education and employability practice. She brings extensive experience from working in Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA Region. Her active involvement centers around promoting the Just Transition through programmes that support education, employability, youth leadership, partnerships, diversity, gender and inclusion, and human rights. She collaborates with policymakers, higher education and TVET institutions, the private sector, and civil society educational institutions, with a particular focus on renewable energy, climate change, and green skills. Nina played a leading role in developing the "Skills for the Green Transformation Toolkit" for the VET Toolbox, a project funded by DG-INTPA. She has also co-authored the publication titled "Innovation-Employability Nexus" for the Union for the Mediterranean. Her regular collaborators include bilateral development agencies and intergovernmental organizations such as the UN, the EU, the Union for the Mediterranean, the African Union, GIZ, Norad, and the British Council.
