Michael Frey is a professor in Public Law and an expert in EU cross-border projects, specifically legal and administrative challenges. He worked and led projects on agri-photovoltaics, cross-border hydrogen pipelines, legal and administrative issues of wind energy. Even though he has no explicit JTF experience his knowledge on cross-border cooperation and public law in the area of renewable energies would be very valuable to JTF regions.
