Martijn De Bruijn is a consultant in urban and territorial development. He has worked for DG REGIO and has expertise in the areas of spatial planning, territorial tools in Cohesion Policy, integrated sustainable urban development, active stakeholder involvement, multilevel governance, blending of funding and monitoring and evaluation processes. He is the main author of two chapters in the JRC Handbook of Territorial and Local Development Strategies.
