Mark Hagen currently works as a policy advisor for the Just Transition Centre of the International Trade Union Confederation and has experience in research and monitoring of coal-phaseout and economic diversification schemes with the specific viewpoint of trade unions across industries in Germany. He supported the preparation of the TJTPs for different German JTF regions from the trade union perspective and further can contribute to capacity-building, green economic diversification and re-and upskilling.
