Konstantinos is co-founder of the Just Transition Institute Greece, member of the Research and Innovation Committee of Western Macedonia/Greece, member of the Working Groups of the Just Transition Platform, member of the S3 CoP Working Groups of the European Commission for Industrial Transition, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Regio-expert in New European Bauhaus and a member of the list of CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency).
He has been working as a freelance consultant since 1991, advising municipalities, regions, universities and other public organisations on development strategies and policy instruments. He is a recognised specialist in knowledge exchange strategies, having reviewed many approaches throughout Greece and Europe.
He has extensive consultancy experience gained through over 30 years of providing high quality strategy, activity review and organisational development assignments for businesses, universities, regional and central governments in Greece and Europe. He has managed over 180 consultancy assignments and has extensive experience in Just Transition policy issues.
He is trained in creative problem-solving facilitation and has experience in applying creative techniques to develop robust and meaningful strategies.
