Florin is a Just Transition practitioner with hands on experience supporting Romanian JTF regions, including Hunedoara, Gorj, and Galați. He assists public authorities and private beneficiaries in developing JTM aligned project proposals and accessing JTF resources. His work focuses on economic diversification, green investments, labour market transition and analysis, skills development, and social inclusion, including contributing to JTF related labour market analysis in the Jiu Valley and an urban regeneration project in Lupeni.
