Eugenia is a professor and consultant with experience in project identification, development, and communication across Spain, Italy, and France. She has worked on awareness raising initiatives and territorial communication, and brings expertise in sustainable mobility, upskilling and reskilling, vocational training, lifelong learning, circular economy, and green economic diversification. She has also served as an expert evaluator for major EU programmes, including H2020, Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ KA2.
