Daniel is a cross-border project manager with experience in contract for services and projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement, territorial analysis, and capacity building. At the CEER Foundation, from Galicia (Spain) and Northern Portugal, he supports the cocreation of transition strategies that balance environmental objectives with social cohesion, including mapping vulnerable groups and key economic sectors.
While he does not have direct JTF or TJTP implementation experience, Daniel brings solid expertise in participatory processes, needs assessment, and designing inclusive territorial transition approaches aligned with JTF priorities, mapping socio-economic challenges and facilitating participatory processes with public authorities, civil society organisations, and research and academic institutions.
